Remove th pita bread, lemon wedge & muhammara sauce and keep to the side. Cover the chicken & rice with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the rice & veggies and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds until or hot. Heat the pita bread in the microwave for 10 seconds. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the chicken and serve with the pita bread & muhammara sauce.
