Arugula Salad, Fig Balsamic Dressing

This salad is a flavor sensation! It starts with an antioxidant-rich bed of arugula, radicchio and basil, perfectly combined with the sweet and salty flavors of crispy, protein-rich prosciutto, toasted walnuts and savory, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, then served with house-made, tangy fig balsamic dressing. It is positively mouthwatering!

Heating is not required. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
