Blackberry Honey & Coconut Overnight Oats

Start the new day with a power punch of healthy nutrients! Our gluten free rolled oats, loaded with antioxidants and fiber, are soaked overnight with vitamin-packed almond milk, low-fat Greek yogurt, and both flax seeds and chia seeds, rich in Omega-3s, then topped with fresh blackberries and toasted coconut.

These overnight oats can be eaten cold or hot. For cold: mix the container of almond milk with the oats. For hot: remove the lid from the almond milk and heat the oats and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds or until hot. To serve, mix the almond milk with the oats.
