Broccoli, Spinach & Parsnip

The Iron Man of soups, this power puree of broccoli, spinach and parsnips packs a wallop of nutrients and antioxidants! We start with a full-flavored broth of onion, garlic, leek, herbs, lemon, black peppercorn and seat salt, blend in our vitamin rich veggies, and top it off with toasted chia seeds, broccoli florets, and hazelnut milk.

Slightly open the lid on the soup and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on low. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds. If it is not, hot heat for 30 seconds.
