Chicken Kabobs

Kabobs are first mentioned in the Turkish script of Kyssa-I Yusuf in 1377, and remain a very popular dish in countries all over the world. Enjoy a modern take on this ancient meal with kabobs of tender, protein-rich chicken breast, marinated in delicious spices and yogurt, then grilled and served with flavorful fava basmati rice, grilled red onion and Roma tomatoes, spicy, house-made muhammara sauce, and a piece of soft pita bread. It is distinctive and delectable!

Remove th pita bread, lemon wedge & muhammara sauce and keep to the side. Cover the chicken & rice with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the rice & veggies and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds until or hot. Heat the pita bread in the microwave for 10 seconds. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the chicken and serve with the pita bread & muhammara sauce.
