Chicken Parmesan with Strozapretti, Garlic Sautéed Broccolini

Italian immigrants introduced this traditional dish to America and by the 1950s it was a popular staple in restaurants all over the country. It is now a favorite of Chef's Marketplace clientele! We roll our tender chicken breast in Italian bread crumbs, add parmesan and mozzarella, pair it with a hearty helping of stozzapreti and house-made marinara sauce, then complete this Italian classic with a serving of vitamin and mineral rich broccolini. Mangiamo!

Remove the marinara sauce and keep to the side. Remove the chicken & sides and place on a dinner plate. Cover the chicken & sides with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the pasta & broccolini, then add the container of marinara sauce with the lid removed and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds or until hot. Serve with the marinara sauce.
