Herb Seared Cod, Braised Snow Peas, Romesco Sauce

Remove the lemon wedge and romesco sauce and keep to the side. Remove the cod & sides and place on a dinner plate. Cover the cod & sides with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the cod & sides and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds or until hot. Squeeze the lemon over the cod and serve with the romesco sauce.'
