Mediterranean Scramble with Bacon

Welcome the day with our Mediterranean style eggs, scrambled with Feta cheese and the exotic, bold flavors of Dukkah spice, a mixture of herbs, nuts, seeds and spices. They are served with a scoop of steamed Jasmine rice, herb roasted tomatoes, a generous portion of smoked bacon, and a dollop of lemon mint yogurt.

Remove the lemon mint yogurt and keep to the side. Remove the breakfast and place on a dinner plate. Cover the breakfast with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the eggs and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds until or hot. Serve with the lemon mint yogurt.
