Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Breakfast is the fuel that powers the new day so fortify your body with a heart healthy bowl of gluten free rolled oats, loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, soaked overnight in nutritious almond milk, low-fat Greek yogurt, and Omega-3-dense flax and chia seeds, then topped with a delightful assortment of fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries.

These overnight oats can be eaten cold or hot. For cold: mix the container of almond milk with the oats. For hot: remove the lid from the almond milk and heat the oats and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds or until hot.To serve, mix the almond milk with the oats.
