Parmesan Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Orzo and Broccoli Salad with Onion Gravy

Parm is the charm when it comes to this tantalizing tenderloin! Seasoned with a touch of dijon mustard and crusted with panko bread crumbs, herbs and parmesan cheese, it is seared then baked to juicy perfection and served with our irresistible onion gravy. A hearty helping of our broccoli orzo salad adds fresh, filling flavor.

Remove the lid from the onion gravy and cover the pork with a damp paper towel. Heat the entree in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir the orzo & broccoli and heat for 30 seconds. if it is not hot heat fr another 30 seconds. To serve pour the onion gravy over the pork.
