Pepper Steak Rice Bowl

They say sometimes a little comfort food can go a long way and this protein-packed dish will do just that. It starts with a generous portion of fluffy white rice and beef sirloin, marinated overnight in a tangy lemongrass marinade, then cooked to tender perfection and mixed with a spicy and savory pepper sauce. It is deliciously complemented by a nutrient-rich, seasoned stir fry of crispy vegetables, including snow peas, bean sprouts and Chinese long beans.

Open the container and cover the pepper steak cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the pepper steak and rice and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds until or hot.
