Roasted Butternut & Apple

This soup is put together with the sweet, nutty flavor of butternut squash, the juicy tang of apple, and an exotic blend of herbs and spices. Chopped chives and oven-baked hazelnuts are then sprinkled on top, completing this fabulously healthy soup that is low in calories but high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, promoting good digestion, healthy hair and skin, boosting the immune system, and helping prevent high blood pressure and diabetes. Slightly open the lid on the soup and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on low. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds. If it is not, hot heat for 30 seconds.
