Seared Orange Roughy with Zhoug Pesto

Inspired by the wildly popular spicy cilantro sauce from the middle east, our zhoug pesto brings bright, abundant flavor to our simply seared, deliciously delicate orange roughy. It is paired with a fluffy garlic and chickpea couscous, as well as a delicious, nutrient-rich mix of green veggies.

Remove the lemon and lime wedge and keep to the side. Cover the entree with a damp paper towel and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on low. Stir the vegetables and couscous and heat for 30 seconds. If it is not hot heat for another 30 seconds. To serve squeeze the lemon and lime over the fish.
