Teriyaki Salmon, Brown Rice & Long Beans

You will be swimming in flavor and heart-healthy Omega-3s with our moist salmon fillet, marinated in our special teriyaki sauce, a rich blend of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar and freshly squeezed orange juice. We sear the fillet, then bake it until it is tender and flaky, serving it with the ideal complements of fluffy, steamed brown rice and garlic spiced long beans.

Remove the lemon wedge and teriyaki sauce and keep to the side. Remove the salmon & sides and place on a dinner plate. Cover the salmon & sides with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the rice & edamame, then add the container of teriyaki sauce with the lid removed and heat for 1 more minute. Test for temperature and if necessary heat for another 15 seconds until or hot. Squeeze the lemon over the salmon and serve with the teriyaki sauce.
