Turkey Piccata, Penne & Marinara, Grilled Veggies

While the origin of piccata remains cloudy, one thing is crystal clear: When you want a delicious, Italian inspired meal, you can't beat it.  We start with tender, seared turkey breast, with a serving of tangy, mouth-watering piccata sauce on the side, add a generous helping of antioxidant-rich, grilled zucchini and yellow squash, and perfectly cooked penne pasta with a dollop of our house-made marinara sauce. Molto saporito!

Remove piccata sauce and keep to the side, then cover the entree with a paper towel. Heat the entree in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on low. Stir the vegetables & pasta and heat for another 30 seconds. If it is not hot, heat for another 30 seconds. Heat the piccata sauce in the microwave for 30 and pour over the turkey.
