Vegetarian Bolognese

They say the secret in the sauce and they are right! This vegetarian take on spaghetti bolognese is a flavor sensation. It features the plant-based Impossible Burger that is slow simmered in a rich garlic, basil and tomato sauce with chock full of onion, carrot, celery and mushroom. Then it is served on a mix of vitamin-rich spinach, basil and spaghetti and a side of shaved parmesan cheese.

Remove the cheese and keep to the side. Cover the spaghetti bolognese with in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on low. Stir the spaghetti & bolognese and heat for 30 more seconds. If it is not hot, heat for another 30 seconds. To serve, sprinkle the cheese on top of the bolognese.
